It’s been about 7-8 months since we moved in and so far so good. We have two australian shepherds and i was worried they would scratch it, but they havent. The way the floors are designed you wouldnt be able to tell anyways. They also hide dirt well. I vacuum and mop once a week. Very happy with our choice.
The team at Fusion corporate in Toronto are top drawer. The level of customer service I got was above and beyond anything I have gotten before. I will not go through all the detail – but they helped sort out an issue with a flooring order that wasn’t really their floor. I also love their floors and think they are great value for the money.
